If e-mailing your events details, please ensure to include the following details to ensure we gather as much relevant information as possible:
Name of Event ~ Start and end date ~ Location of Event, including the Street Address ~ Time ~ RSVP details ~ Costs ~ A good description of the event being held - eg. what will be involved, what's for sale, or how many teams and where they are coming from if a sporting event. Please also include contact details including a name, e-mail address and telephone number. If you have an image or document you would like included, please also attach to your e-mail.
