Register of Planning Decisions, Political Donations and Gifts

Local Governments are now required to record and display all Divisions (which are votes for and against by Councillors on a matter) made on any Planning Decisions to the public.
Moreover, under Section 147 (12) of the Environmenal Planning and Assessment Act 1979, all Disclosures of reportable political donations and gifts under section 147 are to be made aavailable to the public on Council's website. Armidale Dumaresq Council will list these Disclosures in the below link for public access.
We are also required to report on variations to development standards under delegations using State Environmental Planning Policy no. 1 - Development Standards of Provisions under the Standard Instrument.
